Raised in Roselle Park, New Jersey, Darwin is the son of Ecuadorian immigrants. His roots and his service in the United States Marine Corps shaped a lifelong commitment to discipline, purpose and service to others.
His military experience is the foundation of how he approaches both his professional and personal life. Always striving for greatness, Darwin believes servant leadership is the most effective path to success: leading by putting the needs of others first.
Today, Darwin serves the New York Metro area as an Agency Owner and Regional Executive Advisor for Varis Life. His work spans protection for families and veterans, retirement planning with annuities, and advanced insurance strategies for business owners.
His commitment to service extends beyond his professional work. He serves as President of the Latino Chamber of Commerce and as a board member for various organizations, bringing that same leadership mindset to his community.
